The patients at this Home Health company are well taken care of. The administrator and nursing staff are compassionate and caring. The nursing staff will take very good care of the patient and also if needed a social worker will assess the needs of the patient for commmunity resources.

I don't know why they have a 24 hour emergency phone that they do not answer. I called on a Friday night and it rings say someone will be right with you all you here is music and I was on hold for 50 minutes, so I hung up and called the doctor she said she will have the call person give me a call which I had to wait over 25 min for a call back, she spoke to my son if we had any other concerns to call back the 24 hrs emergency number so I am calling this morning 6:45 on Saturday and I've been hearing music for the last 30 min!!! Really what kind of services is this I do not recommend this company, I am going to look for another hospice care that will attend there patients on a 24 hour care!
