As a hospice care facility, a place meant to provide care for those with terminal illnesses, the care was extremely lacking. The only thing the staff should be concerned with is making their patients comfortable in their final days/weeks and this was not the case. My grandmother was frequently skipped and not given adequate pain medication, or adequate food. The facilities themselves were nice and well taken care of but the staff was negligent and I believe they contributed to my grandmother passing sooner than expected.
