We are extremely pleased with the care that Touching Hands Care Group is providing for our Mom. We have found each caregiver that has helped with Mom to be very conscientious, generous and caring. When there were some scheduling challenges, the owner stepped in and has covered any open spots to make sure we never had to worry about the coverage and is always very responsive to our needs as things arise. The agency provides all care from cooking meals, bathing, exercise, companionship and cleaning. We feel our caregivers are part of the family and appreciate how they go above and beyond to ensure Mom's safety, health, well-being and comfort.

The owner of Touching Hands will come and visit you quite often and she will even escort you to doctor's appointment when it is a new doctor. That's pretty rare for someone to go out their way and take you to the doctor like that as well when you're not even board and care. I just have a caregiver through her agency, so she takes the extra steps necessary that other agencies don't do. I have been using them for two years now. They drive me to the doctor, they drive me to the grocery store, and they are here in the house to protect me so I am not left alone because I'm handicapped in the wheelchair. They cook for me, and they clean for me. Basically everything you do for a 5-year-old, you have to do for me. I have colostomy bag that has to be changed. I'm not doing real good, but the girl I have is great. If she is ever on vacation, they always send me a good replacement. I'm very comfortable with them.

Touching Hands Care Group did a very good job. I had one caregiver for four hours in the afternoon. They helped my wife go to the bathroom, and they did some laundry while they were there. A lady that stayed all night from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. She did a very good job, and stayed in the room. She half sat on the couch while my wife was sleeping. She helped her to the bathroom, too. My wife was OK with them. She didn't know them but she was very sick then. She passed away the next day. Nevertheless, I was very satisfied with them. They did a good job and I would use them again if a need arises.

We are working with Touching Hands Care Group for my father. They're excellent and they provide everything. My father is extremely comfortable with the caregivers. They're very very caring, very conscientious, and very thorough. They're good workers and their billing is consistent. They're very responsive, too. If you have a question, they answer right away.
