Diamond Care consists of a personalized and organized program of healthy with social activities and services provided for adults, the elderly, or people with physical or mental impairments for the purpose of restoring or maintaining optimal capacity for self-care. Diamond Care Inc. services will provide services conducive to restoring dignity and self-esteem to our clients. All employees of Diamond Care Inc. are Diamond Care Inc. certified. Diamond Care Inc. personnel certification involves first aid, CPR training, 8 hour Diamond Care Inc. lectures and record keeping, 8 hour in-home Diamond Care Inc. training, a study binder with all related Diamond Care Inc.™ documents and forms, one hour practical test, one hour written certification test, once a month 2 hour continued education, and once a year written re-certification. In addition we do perform a thorough background check before sending an employee to work with a client.
