This facility provides excellent care giving personnel if all you need is someone to take care of your senior parents or grandparents when you are out of the town for a couple of days or weeks. Unfortunately, and this is very important to note, that, they do not provide any medical care. The providers will provide caregivers that will visit the house, do errands, remind about medications and do basic cleaning or housekeeping but not more than that. They do make this clear when they sell their services through the website.I did use their service for a few occasions and the caregiver did arrive on time, was friendly and had ample experience of dealing with the seniors. I did not experience any trouble nor did my grandparents complain about them. They do charge reasonably and provide caregivers in and around the San Francisco bay area, particularly in the East Bay. Overall, 4-5 stars.
