Wee are using this agency for help with household work at this time, not health care. We have used primarily one person who comes to us one day each week to help the primary caregiver of a Parkinson's Disease patient with keeping up the household work. She has been very reliable, has not done anything to arouse our concern. Comes when expected, works hard, and takes initiative to do things that she sees need doing or fixing. It has been a great help and relief on me, the caregiver, to have help each week. I know the agency is bonded, although the individual helpers are not.
