My father had a 24/7 live-in caregiver from Emerald Caregiving Agency. Donna was very good and my father liked her very much. I thought she did a good job. She did the normal things that they do for someone unable to walk for themselves. She would get him from the bed to the wheelchair. She bathed him every day. She cooked for him and did house cleaning. She was great. Donna would have two days off a week. So, they would send another lady, Nita, and she was very good, too. She was very attentive, and I was very pleased with both ladies. The agency was wonderful. They had RNs coming twice a week. They also had a podiatrist come in and tend his feet and clip his nails. They just really thought of everything. Even their office staff was very caring and knew what they were doing. They were a very good guide for me since this was something I had no experience with. They were just very attentive and answered all my questions any time I called.
