We're using Familiar Surroundings Home Care Brentwood for my mom and they're fine. The aides were not as well trained as others, so we've had to train them ourselves, but otherwise they're fine. Their attitude is good, that's why we decided to stay with them. The communication with the agency is fine. They provide help with pretty much everything because my mom has Alzheimer's. They work full time so we'd have them 12 hours a day every day. The value for the money is also fine. When someone calls in sick, they're quick to cover their shifts.
