We tried a caregiver from Agape In Home Care Inc. to help my mom at night and get her up in the morning, but it failed. I gave her a 40-minute training of where everything was and what to do. When we came back the following evening, she was gone. Good thing my two daughters were here. She had forgotten everything we told her. She didn’t know where everything was and didn’t know how to do anything. It was terrible. She was a nice person and apparently had many years of experience, but she was squeezing us into her schedule and was in a rush. It was not a good fit for us and we will not be doing that again. The lady who managed the agency was very nice. We had no problem with the administration, but the caregiver was very bad.
