We were in need of services like this and we got several helpers who weren't available and then they couldn't do what was required, such as a momentarily lift. But that doesn't happen very often. They're attentive, and they do a good job.

They could improve on the scheduling. There are no shows, but they warn me about them. Scheduling in advance is sketchy. They need to improve on scheduling.

They are very kind to him when they give him a shower, and they prepare his lunch. I like that they are rigorous and responsible. If we have problems, they will fix it.

I don't walk around. I don't get up, so they drive me around. They are courteous, and they know what they are doing. They are good people, and they are well trained.

When I got my caregiver, she knew exactly what I needed and wanted. She asked questions to be able to better know my needs. Someone that works in the Walnut Creek office recommended my caregiver to me. She knew what I needed and wanted, and I found the right person.
