The agency is very precise. They're very good, and they're not forcing any issues, they're very kind especially to elders. The quality of care they take and sometimes what they have to go through to do that work because I know. When she comes to me now three days a week, I have a new conversation. She sits with me, she makes the grocery list, things that my wife used to do for me.

There is a lot of disparity between caregivers, so they aren't able to provide consistency. When we get a good person, it has a great impact. I have only had two caregivers.

Since mom has had this heart issue, things she can't do anymore are upsetting to her, so it is nice to have the Angels here. I like their service, and the caregivers have a big heart and are easy to get along with.

They are there when we need. It's been an adjustment for him, but they've been very sensitive talking to him about care and activities. They don't force him to do anything. They are mindful of what he wants, but makes sure what needs to be done. I like that they are responsive, and the beginning care process was outstanding. I liked that they follow up and touch base with different people since we've started and take into consideration feedback. If somebody can't come because they're sick, they make sure somebody is coming in.

I wasn't there to observe, since the care was given in an assisted living facility. They were giving overnight care and to make sure she was okay. Things were adequate, but they were a little pricey. We would recommend them if they could get a good price.
