My father lived in Tucson, and I in Georgia. When his health came to a point where he could no longer handle his affairs, Care Coordinators was of great assistance. From the word go, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond in helping. Their advice and experience was invaluable to me during a rather stressful time. They helped with mail, securing his place while he was in the hospital, communicating with hospice, and giving me updates on him. They always promptly returned any of my calls or emails. They were very much a blessing!

This a private fiduciary corporation. They offer a variety of services for their clients. The service first has the client assessed to obtain the level and type of care required. They also assess their financial status as to affordable care. After the initial assessment, this agency can offer suggestions as to the best assisted living, convalescent home, or home caregivers or nurses needed. They also assess other services the client may be entitled to as medical insurance and prescription options and other benefits. They can assist with selecting physical therapists and counseling as well as other programs to benefit the client. This service is very helpful for those who require assistance in placement and finding their options. Because they are a fiduciary company, they handle the clients monies as to payments and receipts of funds and properties.This usually because the client is deemed or is not capable of doing so and has no one to do so or possibly the family is to far to do so. The situation with this corporation is they charge fees of $115 for their services so they do not accept clients who are of a lower income. Also I felt the staff seemed very cold and just a business atmosphere.
