My father was a patien of supreme home care and would end up with higher blood pressure from the stress of his nurse Felicia yelling at him and he asked her to leave and she slammed the door so unprofessional. these nurses are getting paid too much to be this rude i would never recommend them very unhappy with the way my father was treated

I have a few things to say about this home nursing provider. First off, up to this point, everyone has been very courteous. However, they are very unorganized and because of this disorganization my loved one's medical supply order has been delayed. Once the issue was corrected they got the order set up. His actual home nurse is friendly, caring and truly concerned with getting him healthy and independent again. The after hours nurse is a different story. I called at 7:30 am due to an isssue that I was unsure of being a medical emergency and was yelled at for calling at that hour, and what was she supposed to do about it. I'm sorry, but if you are providing a phone number for after hours services, the person who answers should at the very least be compassionate enough to listen to the scared patient and calm enough to get all the facts before insulting the patient and yelling at them. I will be looking for an outpatient alternative for my needs.
