Everything has been fine so far with the caregivers at Visiting Angels. They have only been here for a week. We have no complaints with the management. The caregivers are here round the clock. They are assisting my wife, feeding her, doing light household chores. I would recommend them to others looking for a similar service.

We had Visiting Angels coming in for a while for my parents. Nothing that they did was wrong, it was just my parents were not comfortable with someone coming in their house. We had them for probably three to six months and they were very nice. However, they weren't able to do what was intended for them to do. It ended up being a waste because they would come in and they just sit there and basically just visit with my mom. At that time, my mom was not comfortable with someone else bathing her. They did massage her feet, talk to her, and try to walk her and things like that. However, because my parents didn't want anybody in their house, we just quit them. So it was kind of a waste of money for us because my parents weren't cooperating at all.
