We got some information about Senior Helpers when my mother was in a rehab center. Their care has been excellent. Karen is fantastic. She's always there when we have to look for somebody to fill in. All the women here are great. They are always willing to do what they need to do. They're really great with my mom and dad. If we have one that does not quite match, Karen is more than willing to replace that person. Our experience with them has just been really positive. We're definitely satisfied with their care.

Scottsdale office is disorganized, lacking in communication. Have been waiting for a refund due for over a month. No follow up on messages left or emails sent. I should have requested to speak with past or existing customers for references.
