The people at Griswold Home Care have been nothing short of amazing. My mom was adamantly opposed to having people in her house when she got home from the hospital, and it took quite a bit of convincing to get her on board. Now she doesn't want them to leave! Not only did they provide immediate (same day) care under stressful circumstances, they have far exceeded all of our expectations with regards to her personal care, keeping us aprised of day-to-day events (we all live out of state), recommendations for additional and alternative solutions and making my Mom feel safe and well cared for. We will always be grateful to the people at Griswold.

I cannot say enough nice things about Griswold! From the beginning when I was calling several services to decide which one to choose, Griswold stood out with their professional phone information followed by a quick email full of information and a link to the website. Those who came out to enroll my mother were very kind even though mom didn't think she needed them right then. She did - or I did! We started with 12-hour care which Griswold was able to begin within a day. That meant that I was there the other 12 hours daily, so it wasn't long before I called to ask for 24-hour care in mom's home. That, too, was started within 1-2 days. The ladies they provided were top-notch. Besides the tender, thoughtful and thorough care they provided for mom, they also did her laundry, cooked or warmed up her meals, did light housekeeping and responded to "the bell" at all hours of the day and night. Because of their flexibility done without complaint, I tried to give each caregiver a break most days which was never taken advantage of. Doris and Rose also had to keep in mind instructions and medications from the hospice nurse as well, and if I ever missed a nurse's visit, I was certainly filled in by one of them. They certainly became like family. Mom loved and appreciated them, and so do we.Thank you also, to Dustin and Heather for your immediate, always pleasant action to my phone calls. And, Dustin, thank you for doing a fabulous job with sending paperwork in for reimbursement from mom's long-term care insurance. Five stars aren't enough for this great group. Thanks so much!!

We have 24-hour in-home care from Griswold. They're very good caregivers -- attentive and caring. They like working with my dad, and my dad likes them. They're dependable.
