We're using 24 Hr Homecare for my mother. They basically offered in-home supervision for her on four-hour blocks and you can titrate it plus or minus two hours either way with a minimum of two hours. The lady assigned to us was very sweet and lives quite close to where we reside. If we needed something on a short notice, she was pretty flexible.
