Came out on Sunday morning unannounced and pounded on door until my ill mom got out of bed to answer door. Nurse kept talking trying to get information from mom even after mom told her she just got out of hospital and could not continue standing there because she was too ill. Nurse did not care! All she wanted was enough info to be able to call it a visit and charge medicare!!!.

Felt rushed and really like nurse did not really care about me. My dr said that I needed home health nurse and services if I was going to go home. Nurse was very rushed and did nit seem to care about me.
