I honestly don't know if ABRio's health aides were certified as required by state regulations. The gentleman we had for 2 times said he had a certification but I never saw any kind of that documentation. He was an excellent match for my husband though. Unfortunately, he got into an accident so he only came in twice. The person who did the in-take was a very good person; she was honest and I appreciated her a lot. She assured me she wouldn't send anyone who wasn't certified. I told her we had long-term care and the aide has to be certified. We got another set of people but we weren't very satisfied with them. If we were to use ABRio again, we would want that gentleman again. The agency seemed to have difficulties with their staffing. That person who was doing the in-take had to come out a couple of times to fill in because the gentleman I mentioned about couldn't come and they didn't have anyone else to send.
