We have used the services of Visting Angels for 9 months and have found the care givers that we chose, to be very caring and attentive. You should expect some challenge at first, as you seek to link the care givers with your family member. However, it is quite simple. You inform the coordinator of your preferences and they work with you to make sure you are satisfied. My Mother's primary CG has been awesome. The CNA assigned to us is very professional and careful with my Mother. She was punctual and observant. We can highly recommend Visiting Angels but you must know that stress is usually high at the point when you find yourself making these kind of care decisions. We found the staff willing to assist us in finding "just the right fit" for my Mother's care.

Visiting Angels has been with my mother for many years. First as a companion and now as CNA who supplement her assisted living care. She is 97 years old and loves her caregiver as family. We have never had a problem with NA and their employees and are deeply thankful for them.

We chose Visiting Angels because first of all, they are a smaller agency. The person in charge seemed to be very knowledgeable, caring, and enthusiastic. He was able to answer my questions in every way. He also involved my husband in the conversation whereas others just ignored him as if he wasn’t there. It was very considerate of them to include him.
