My family used Home Care Assistance when it became apparent that my Mother needed extra help. Home Care Assistance was able to match my Mother with the perfect caregiver for her. The lady who was the caregiver was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable in her role as caregiver. If the need arises we will definitely us this company again.

I live out of town so making sure my parents in Auburn are looked after was a big need for me. I spoke with several agencies and decided to go with Home Care Assistance. I have been very impressed with the caregiver that is helping them. I really am impressed with the different activities they do throughout the day.

We have been using HCA for 3 months and are very happy with the care they are providing for my father. He has developed some memory issues and I was getting worried about him being home by himself. After talking with Kristy about their cognitive therapy program they provide I new this would be what he needed.

We contacted after seeing their office by Publix. My mother was getting out of the hospital for hip surgery and needed help getting around home during recovery and trips to rehab. Katie did a wonderful job matching mom with the perfect caregiver. I highly recommend this service.

I use Home Care Assistance after mom started needing daily care. I work in Auburn so I’m not able to help throughout the day. I found their office at the Publix shopping center very convenient. Kristy was great and helped us get setup with the best level of care. So far the nurse that comes to take care of mom has been super sweet and very caring.

I was researching home help for my mom that lives in Prattville and found Home Care Assistance on here. I read what they had to offer and was really impressed. I saw where their office was in the Publix shopping center off Vaughn over by my work so I decided to stop by and get more information. I met with the wonderful owner Kristy and she told me about their cognitive therapeutics and balanced care methods. These activities will really help my mom. We plan on starting service next week.

We started using this service to help me with my mom during the day while I am at work. I called and scheduled the free in home visit and found the info they provided very helpful. Katie did a great job explaining everything and helped formulate a schedule for when they would be there while I was at work. After the first week we decided to increase our days from 2 days per week to 4 days per week because mom is really enjoying the freedom she has now to go and do the things she likes. The caregiver assigned to use is very polite and has a positive attitude. Mom has made a new friend.

I started using Home Care Assistance last month to help me with my wife who I have been caring for the past 4 years. She is in bed and I have to take care of her 24 hours a day. She was the one that suggested we hire someone so that they can give me a break from time to time. I have been putting off a much needed knee surgery so hopefully having the caregivers to take care of my wife now will allow me to get this done. When we called to setup service we spoke to Kristy. She came out to our home and helped us get setup with everything we needed. The caregiver started the very next day and Kristy stops in from time to time to see how things are going. My wife really enjoys the activities and I would highly recommend using home care assistance.

Home Care Assistance has a team that is always able to take care of mom’s needs. The caregivers are great and well trained. We especially like the cognitive therapeutics and balanced care method approach they provide. This has made a tremendous change in moms daily outlook.
