I am a working mother that also cares for my grandmother. I can not adequately express my sincere gratitude for Ryan Robnett and his staff at ComForcare senior services. It started when my grandmother was hospitalized after a fall at her assisted living facility. As a busy working mother of 2, I was unable to remain at my grandmothers bedside 24/7 while she was hospitalized. I was uncomfortable leaving her by herself. I called Ryan who immediately met with me in the hospital face to face and we talked about my grandmothers needs. He immediately set us up with 24 hour caregivers which put me at ease. I was blown away by Ryan and the ComForcare staff. The caregivers were so much more than a sitter. Each and every caregiver was professional and well trained in assisting with activities of daily living. They jumped in and assisted with feeding, bathing, dressing and safely walking to and from the bathroom. As a nurse it takes a lot to impress me and I was blown away. In addition to that my grandmother and I fell in love with the caregivers. They felt more like family. When my grandmother was released back to her assisted living facility Ryan met us there and we continued our discussion on what would be best for my grandmother. He helped me develop a plan of care and we continued with services provided by ComForcare until I felt comfortable that my grandmother no longer needed the extra care. Ryan goes above and beyond and I would never consider using another agency. I continued to work with Ryan and ComForcare and he was there for me for several more hospital admissions with my grandmother. He was a great resource when it was time to place my grandmother in a skilled nursing facility. I highly recommend ComForcare and remain forever grateful for everything they did for us.
