Golden Pearl Adult Day Services takes pride in serving participants in our beautiful one-of-a-kind facility. Whether you thrive in large social situations or prefer to explore activities independently, whether you are tech-savvy or prefer classic hands-on activities, Golden Pearl is the place for you. All participants interact freely and participate in activities based on their personal preferences, and are not separated by age or diagnosis. Individuality and independence are of the utmost importance. Golden Pearl Adult Day Center is located at the intersection of WI-33 and I-43 in Saukville, WI and will gladly provide transportation to participants in both Ozaukee and Washington Counties. Services Our six hour day program from 9:00am-3:00pm includes: Compassionate person-centered care Lunch and snacks Activities and recreation Community outings Physical and cognitive exercise Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assistance Additional services include: Transportation and personal use taxi rental Additional respite hours from 7:30am-9:00am and 3:00pm-4:00pm Daily living skills training Bathing and hair washing Beauty parlor services Manicures Fingernail grooming Facial grooming Hair cut, set, and/or style
