My mother was transferred to Heritage Lakeside for 1 month after suffering a stroke. We were forced to send her as it had immediate openings. This facility is an absolute dump, filthy dirty, and the rating of F proves this. You can tell that the owner of this FOR PROFIT facility has no interest in making improvements. The staff and therapy team were great, but can tell that everyone is run down, over worked, and short staffed. Patients receive only 1 shower per week (if that) and found my mom put in dirty clothing numerous times. We were so thankful to finally get her transferred to a new facility. We can now sleep at night knowing that she’s in a safe place. Please look up state violations before considering this facility.

We have taken my mom to Heritage Lakeside. Everybody has been really pleasant. The staff that have helped me have been good. The downstairs where we go and visit is always nice and clean.

All in all this is a good nursing home. With a caring faculty , with lots of activities for is residents there. Located right off rice lake it offers a beautiful view of the lake. The rooms here could be a little bigger but are bigger than some in other area nursing homes. According to my mother who was a resident there says the food is ok but she's had better. The staff are both caring for its residents and helpful to the families visiting.The setting of the place its self could have been better meaning it is more of a hospital setting but it is a older nursing home Some of the other area homes are more of a home like setting but they are newer homes.for the staff I would recommend this place.
