My aunt moved into Dove Healthcare Rice Lake. The experience was amazing. They were very helpful and very communicative. I always know what's going on. The outdoor is beautiful when there's no snow. The upkeep is impeccable, and there's never anything on the floor. The staff is amazing. They take special care because my aunt has a swallowing issue because of her stroke. So there's always a person with her when she's eating, watching, and making sure she's able to swallow. The facility is beautiful, brand new, and gorgeous. We're not paying any because Medicare is taking care of her rehab.

We visited a friend in Dove Healthcare, and it was nice. The staff seemed friendly and the facility was very nice. It was very clean, very up to date. She's a diabetic, and she didn't feel like they watch diets for diabetics really well.
