Aspire Senior Living Oshkosh

I looked at Aspire Senior Living Oshkosh. It was brand new and very nice. They have somebody come in and help you clean. You would have your meals, and you have everything there that you would need. They had a nice little walking path north of the building, which was really nice. They had some outside space with little tables. There was a table on your apartment deck or patio. Some of the independent living apartments had washers and dryers, but all had refrigerators and microwaves. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice and very helpful.

We visited Aspire Senior Living Oshkosh, which is a new facility. It was a gorgeous, beautiful facility with modern technology. They have available room monitoring, so they can tell if someone falls. In the toilets, they can detect urinary tract infections and other things through technology in the toilet. It's very, very high-end. They have levels of care, they had a separate memory care unit, and they have independent living in the same building. It was a beautiful campus. They cost a little bit more than other places. When you walk in, they have a gathering space, they have a coffee bar, and TVs. They had walking paths built into the property through the woods, and they have a fitness area. It was all exceptional. They had 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom available in the independent living, and the memory care is a separate wing. They had room for 35 patients and were half-full at the time.
