Very caring staff and helpful management team. Accommodating to Moms needs. Enjoy attending the sing alongside with Mom reminds me of being a ki d hearing her sing along. Very clean and well kept building and grounds. Receptionist is very ebullient and caring. People are readily available to answer needs. Continuous stream of great programs for Mom to participate in. Included are religious services. Proximity is also a plus

The majority of the floor staff are very caring and do well. The problem is the management / administrators. When concerns are shared - true quality of care issues - they don’t work towards a resolution. When we have pushed for accountability the management staff only becomes defensive and deflective. The management and administration have zero compassion, are rude and you’ll find more professionalism behind the counter at a fast food restaurant than in the management office. I regret we have let things slide for so long and that our family member was affected.

Let me start by saying the floor staff are amazing. They care about my mother and treat her with such respect. I cannot say the same for the management. Management pushes your concerns onto other managers and gives you the run around. When you speak to a manager, you are not made to feel reassured. This facility is consistently understaffed so when they do have a bad worker, they do not fire them. Specifically, I had one care worker who left my mother soaked in urine all day 7-8 times that I came in. I asked that he be retrained yet nothing was done about this. I can say that I will never let anyone I know go to this facility.

I visited Bluffview with my sister. Everything was very nice, and we were very impressed. We were able to see their dining area which was broken up maybe into four different dining areas. It looked very nice and very clean.

The staff are very caring. What we liked about Bluffview Memory Care is there's a lot of freedom for the residents and plenty of space to walk around. Being able to go outdoors without them wandering off was huge for us. The setting is in the country, and my father grew up in the country, so his view is similar to the view he might have gotten at home. The room and the bathroom facilities are wonderful. Some days I'm impressed with the meals, and other days I am not. The activities look really great, but he is very depressed; he is not even leaving his room.

The staff are wonderful. They really do care about my mother and I feel great leaving her there in their capable hands. Would not change it for the world. Glad my mom is so happy at Bluffview.
