We stopped into the Family Tree assisted living facility while in the area searching for a new home for our aunt. Family Tree appeared to be well taken care of from the outside, with plenty of lush greenery for residents to enjoy. The residents seemed very content and well cared, as we walked through the building. The entire interior design was easy to navigate with beautiful views in a calming décor with lots of light and fresh air. The backyard included many places to enjoy the grounds safely. There were plenty of park-like benches with many beautiful trees and well-manicured lawn space. The private spaces were decorated according to individual taste, within a homey and airy atmosphere. Each space had nice views of the area. The bathrooms were all designed with rails and seats. The main dining room looked comfortable and spacious. The residents enjoy healthy, home-style meals in the casual restaurant setting. The food smelled and looked delicious. The menus included many great dishes. Snacks are offered throughout the day and whenever desired. The exercise center includes exercise classes and equipment with instruction. Seniors also safely navigate the lovely pathways and spacious courtyards. The activities include an impressive calendar of events with many stimulating activities such as visiting the many cultural establishments in the Eau Claire region, where they can enjoy everything from nature walks to fine dining. The residents all looked content in a stimulating, yet tranquil environment. The kind staff attends to their needs in an expert, caring and considerate manner.
