My dad has just passed away he lived their he had dementia and couldn't hear they basically put him in his room and left him their when they called ambulance for my father he was totally dehydrated which means they weren't giving him water keep in mind my dad could hardly walk he also had a camode in his room went to visit him one day had shit all over the seat looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in 2 weeks.also had an issue with them not shaving him or bathing him after he passed away went through his things all of his clothes are missing, I brought him 2 quilts those are gone, he had like 3 full bottles shampoo body wash never used not taking care of his basic needs.when he was taken to hospital dehydrated, the Dr I talked to said he's had other issues with patients that stayed their, don't take your lived one their they won't be properly cared for.

The staff of Care Partners looked pretty inexperienced; it was a pretty young staff. The rooms were adequate but not individually temp controlled; there was only one heating unit for the whole building. We actually walked into a 1-room, and it was a cooler than the rest of the building because the resident chose to have the door closed. The heat system, in my opinion, is not that great. There was no odor or anything when you walk in; it smelled fine. The overall layout was OK, and the eating area was OK too, but not nearly as nice as the other one.
