Right now, my mother-in-law is in New Martinsville. It is actually a lot farther for us, but so far they seem like they are actually trying to help and get stuff done. They call and let us know every time something happens or if they are changing medicines or doing anything like that. They are on top of all that, and they seem like they are actually working to get her help. We've had so much runaround with other places that just aren't willing to deal with her or not letting us know anything. We've had so much bad experience that it actually seems like this place actually cares. They are all very friendly and willing to help.
