My ex-wife is in Trinity Healthcare Services of Logan. The staff is cordial. They've got a phone and let her talk to me through the window on the phone, but they don't have a phone that she can use, they had to loan her one. They were nice enough. She had on mixed-matched clothes, it didn't look very well, it didn't look like they'd done anything to her hair, washed her hair or anything; she just looked real bad. They've got her in a room with another woman, and she's never gone out of that room because they've been sealed off with coronavirus, and I'm scared to death she's going to get it next. She looked neglected. I didn't see very good care taken of her.

Staff was Horrible. If, I could give them a lower rating, I would. They have been investigated and fined by the State of West Virginia with over 50+ violations. State of West Virginia imposed fines of over $500,000.00 (public record - Look it up). Place is dirty. They put my mother in a cold dark place for over 1 hour, while she shivered and was frightened. Anyone that puts their family member is this hell hole should be ashamed. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Trinity Health Care Services has been a great value to Me, My Wife, and her Family. My Wife has a Grandmother currently residing there, and we visit her every week. The staff is very courteous and attentive to her needs; they go out of their way to make her Grandmother Feel Comfortable and at home. They have a printed activities list every week of the upcoming activities available for that week, and they always offer plenty of things for Her Grandmother to do, they also offer rehab services and hospice care, I would highly Recommend this facility for a loved one in need.
