"I placed my mom in Fayette Nursing & Rehab Center, but she passed away four months later. Everything was wonderful, and I can't complain about anything. It was a two-bed room, and it was spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful. They would give medications, and they were caring. They were great, and the food was great. They fed the patients with food that they could eat, and they were one-on-one with the patients. They had bingo, hands-on activities, dancing, and singing; they had all kinds of activities for them. "Hilltop Center gave my dad excellent care while he was there for therapy. The staff was very welcoming to my sisters and I when we visited. The building was very clean and well put together. It has a very “home” atmosphere about it. Would recommend to anyone!"

"My mother spent the last 5 months of her life here and becsuse of her nurses and director Robin, I knew she was loved and cared for. When I dropped in a day early, my mothers room was neat as a pin, her family photo was by her befside, and she had matching clothes on It mattered little to her, but it does to me.Glasgow let us borrow her wheelchair for Mom's last outing, and they gave me supplies in case she needed them. I got updates frequently, and the nurses tried all they could to make her time there enjoyable. It did not feel like a hospital, but like a school.Familiar and not too big. I am so glad Mom was cared for by Glasgow Rehab."

"I am the son and my mother had to sign herself out today due to very neglectful treatment. My mother just had and recovering from severe heart attack, and is already in a wheelchair. She asked to use the phone and was told " go to conference room and get the phone herself, also was left on her bed pan for hours so long her back tailbone etc... Is bruised. This morning she was not offered breakfast or lunch and she is diabetic and has to eat regular times to help maintain blood sugar levels regulated. Finally she decided to sign herself out and we are going to search for a different place to help my mother recover. So I definitely agree the families who have suffered due to this facility needs to come together and file a class action lawsuit. It's sad my mom can't receive proper care at this critical time because we are searching for a new facility.I would definitely recommend go somewhere to seek help for a loved one. "

"Both of my grandmothers were in the facility and I loved it and so did my grand parents. Once they got settled in things went real well. I could not get either one of them to leave once they were settled. They did not want to leave their new family. I visited them on at least 2 days a week.(mostly Saturdays)and was 95% of the time very happy with them. I give them an A+. "

"This is an awesome nursing/rehab facility. My father has been here for over 3 years and we have received amazing care. From the janitorial service to Keith the administrator they are here for their residents. I am a daily/multiple times a day visitor and always find my father well cared for. The workers here seem to enjoy their jobs and taking care of these people is their priority. I have never seen such a well cleaned facility. Carpets are shampooed several time a week. The dining room is scrubbed and reset with linens after each meal. Rooms are mopped and cleaned daily. If you are looking for a great place when home isn't a choice this should be your first choice. Sometimes issues arise as in any place, but, they are quickly dealt with. Hat's off and five stars to Keith and his staff! "

"My mother was moved to Stonerise Charleston for rehab. The facility is extremely nice. It's understaffed, but everywhere is understaffed at this point. There's just not enough staff to go around. She was in another skilled facility in Charleston previously, in comparison, this is more like an upscale hotel. She has her own private room, private TV, private bathroom, and it's all updated. It's a very nice facility. My mom had eaten the food and she's very picky. Right now because they're on lockdown, they're keeping them all in their rooms. The insurance is paying for the 20 days. Right now, no visitors are allowed and they're not doing any activities, they only let them eat in the dining room. As far as the communication, it's pretty poor. I have heard that they have a great outcome as far as their therapy and getting people back where they were. That was one of the main reasons why we chose to put her there."

"My wife was at Complete Care at Oak Ridge. She was in rehab there for three weeks. I think they were very understaffed. My wife pushed her light on, and it might have been an hour and a half before they came in and checked on her. I wasn't too happy about that. Their communication wasn't very good either. They told me they were going to give her a COVID and a flu shot, but I had to call them to find out if they gave them to her. Nobody told me they gave them to her. I wasn't too happy about that, too. The social manager was a pretty nice guy, and he was very helpful. My wife's room was a private room, and it was pretty nice. In the first room she had, the commode kept stopping up, so they had to move her. I finally just told them, 'We're not going to call a plumber. We are going to move her. Put her in a room.' Because she broke her hip, she didn't participate in any activities. They offered activities. They had other stuff, and it was a pretty nice nursing home."
