Hilltop Center gave my dad excellent care while he was there for therapy. The staff was very welcoming to my sisters and I when we visited. The building was very clean and well put together. It has a very “home” atmosphere about it. Would recommend to anyone!

Hilltop Center gave my dad excellent care while he was there for therapy. The staff was very welcoming to my sisters and I when we visited. The building was very clean and well put together. It has a very “home” atmosphere about it. Would recommend to anyone!

The Hilltop Center is not somewhere that I would recommend to anybody. The facility was dirty, it smelled like urine, and they were terribly understaffed. They did not take care of their patients adequately. The rooms were very small, and they do not have modern equipment. My mom wasn't able to participate in activities, so I actually don't know if they had them or not. The only security was the keypad at the door; that was it. I really did not like anything about it. They need more adequate staff, and the staff needs better training. Their night shift doesn't do anything, and this was a complaint that we have had with them -- their night shift didn't do anything.
