My mother is in Shady Acres Health and Rehabilitation Center. It's in a really small town. It's family owned and operated, and I've known the place ever since I was a little girl. I used to go out there back in the 1970s and sing for the residents there. The facility is getting old and it's not updated, but the staff there is very, very professional. They seem to be very committed to what they're doing to their mission for their residents and I think she's getting good care. I feel safe there. It's not like falling apart. There's nothing dangerous for the residents. It just needs a makeover.
