I toured St. Gabriel of Corpus Christi. It's way too far for me to travel. They had an excellent facility, and the staff was very courteous and helpful.

I had an in-person tour of St. Gabriel of Corpus Christi. The gentleman was super helpful and took us around. He wanted to know everything about my sister and how they could make your life better. It was just amazing. They had a schedule for the whole month already set up, like all the foods that my sister likes. They had broccoli, garlic chicken, baked chicken, and pork chops. I cannot say enough. The staff was awesome. He took his time with us. I felt like my sister would be protected there. The apartments were large. They had room for more furniture than what my sister would have to take. The staff said we're allowed to go any time, 24 hours a day. They have somebody at the door, a receptionist desk, who will not let you go in without having been on the list. Their dining area was just like a big, high-end restaurant at a hotel. The proximity of the tables was perfect, so they were not alienated from one another. They have the doctors there. They have a van where they would take them to the doctor's office if they'd be. Every week, they take them on an outing. They were changing the linens. There were some who were cleaning the bathrooms. They were all happy. It was a very happy place. Everything is spotless. They have Bible studies.
