Wonderful place!! The staff is unbelievably nice and so helpful. Everyone is treated like family and the facility looks so pretty with their huge patios. It is such a nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff is so professional and caring. My experience was the best and I would recommend Valley Grande to anyone needing a place where the patients are treated in the most tender, kind manner!! A ++++++++++++++

I wouldn't recommend this place even if it was the last resort. Be aware the facility smells like urine the minute you walk in. There's few nurses who care for the patient. There's only one doctor for the whole facility. The ugliest thing to have witnessed is patients getting critically ill and not allowed to call 911. They pretend to care, but they really don't. If you call the state of them, they cover up for them also. This is a horrible facility. If you want to spend the last moments with your loved one, don't send them here they'll only pass on.

I was impressed to see that the facility had the latest equipment for pulmonology therapy. We loved having our loved one taken care of by the friendly staff at Valley Grande Manor. Thanks everyone and great job!
