The visit I made to The Gardens of Bellaire's memory care facility was exquisite. The place was beautiful. The lady who gave the tour was very informative. I also got to meet some of the people that were already living there, see some of their activities, the food menus, the area, and the sitting areas. She also told me that Lakewood Church comes up every Sunday, and they have a little worship service. It was very good, and I love the place. It was very inviting and just felt homey. It just felt more like a community. The tenants were really sweet and nice. The management does a lot to get everybody involved in activities like bingo and other stuff. The whole thing was just phenomenal. I was very impressed, especially since it was my first time going to an actual home. I met a lot of the staff, and they're very informative and very sweet. Just the way that I was invited in, I feel like I was a person living there. I didn't get a chance to eat, but the food smelled phenomenal, and the menu looked great. The cleanliness was awesome. The place is very simple, so you can't get lost. The elevator access is really good, the walkways are huge and wide, and the rooms are very nice. It's top tier.

I recently moved my mother into the Gardens of Bellaire. The facility has a more vibrant and "homey" feel to it relative to other places I visited. The apartment was clean with good natural light. The staff was top notch. I needed to move my mom on short notice and the staff, Cherlaine in particular, helped me in expediting the process. All staff that I interacted with were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Every time I visited there were ongoing activities with the residents in the main living room. I visited with several residents, and all were happy. There is also a nice screen porch and outdoor gardens. My wife just returned from visiting my mom and she feels the same way.

Cherlaine was amazingly professional and helpful to our family as we moved a loved one into the Gardens of Bellaire. She made the very involved admissions process smooth and efficient. Five star service! All the staff is friendly and caring and my family is extremely pleased with the Gardens of Bellaire.

The Gardens of Bellaire was fine. I only looked at the two smallest apartments and they were extremely small. I was looking for something a little bit bigger. The facility was fine and the lady was very nice to me. From what she described, there were adequate activities. The place was clean, the people were pleasant, but I wasn't as impressed by it as the other place. It just wasn't what I was looking for.

The staff at The Gardens of Bellaire is incredibly nice and dependable, they're a very patient staff. It's incredibly clean. They're doing the best they can under the circumstances with the virus to help the families stay involved even though we're kind of not allowed in. I've enjoyed getting to know them. It's a possibility for staying forever, so we'll just have to see.

We became acquainted with The Gardens when Mom suffered mini strokes and could not walk. I found the rehab center within The Gardens and, quite frankly, feel that the medical care, concern, and kindness brought Mom back to us. The mini strokes moved her lifestyle requirements to needing memory care. It was not a hard decision to make when The Gardens opened their Memory Care Unit! Mom and Dad were reviewed and accepted. We, as a family, are so happy with everything everyone at The Gardens is doing for Mom and Dad. You will not find the medical expertise/care, concern, or loving touch that you will receive here, anywhere else. Yes, it is our opinion, but we feel that strongly about it. If you or your loved ones need a safe and loving assisted, nursing, or memory care place to live... don't overlook The Gardens at Bellaire.

I’ve been to The Gardens of Bellaire to visit people. It seemed very small, so you didn’t have much room, but it also seemed like a really nice place that mainly cares for people with physical problems. The rooms were a little like hospital rooms and the ones that I saw didn’t have kitchens; just mainly rooms you stay in while you sleep, so I haven’t seen the real living part of it. I didn’t have any contact with the staff and didn’t see that much of it. A lot of the people I know have used it, and they all seemed fairly pleased.

Dad stayed for two weeks at the Gardens of Bellaire. It was really convenient, the nurses and staff were really nice, and had everything you would want. The staff had a great attitude and was attentive to my father.

The Gardens of Bellaire was one of the facilities I visited. This was more for people that needed a lot of assistance. The people working there were just absolutely excellent. They were very nice. I liked them. To me, it was a very nice place. The atmosphere was very nice.

I can't say enough about how sweet everyone is here. This is the place, The Gardens of Bellaire is kept spotlessly clean. Everyone does their job and doesn't complain. I love the food. 98% of the time you would say this was a great dinner. I really do enjoy living here. I really am lucky to be so close to my church and living here. I love everybody! On a scale of 1 to 5 I rate this place a 6!

Brighton Gardens of Bellaire have got really good facilities, really good staff, very high rating, but they don't have memory care. In some instances that would be something that is not really a problem, but in my case it is. My mom's got dementia. It was smaller, but they've got some beautiful gardens, some beautiful rooms, and separate apartments for assisted living residents and the nursing area, but it is not exclusive that people from the nursing area can't go to the other one. They just kind of leave that open for their ability to get from one place to the other or their desire as to where they'll have their meals. They have more dedicated physical therapists and people who have been there for many, many years. It was my first choice because it is only three miles from my house, except they have no memory care.
