My dad moved into Colonial Woods. We chose it because it's very affordable. The employees have been there for a long time, so they stay and seem to care for the people living there. It's more like a family-type environment than an institutional one. It's an older building, so you can always use updates. I did eat there one time. It's nice home-cooked meals versus institutional cooked meals. They're so good and affordable. It's perfect for us. I'm very happy with them.
