My mother is in Abington Manor at Morgan Hill. They're the most caring and compassionate people, and this place is the most caring place for my mother. They're wonderful. They care about their clients not only as clients but as their families. They listen to the families and they respect the families' needs, which reflects in the outcome of the person that's there. The place is very warm and accommodating for anyone with dementia and any kind of mental issues, they know what they're doing. They take time with their staff to evaluate each individual accordingly to make sure that their needs are met. They have activities, everything from bingo to trivia, to coloring. They adapt the activities accordingly to the client's needs, never pressuring anyone to do anything that they don't feel comfortable doing. And if they don't feel comfortable, they encourage them to push themselves to do that. I've seen that with my mother. My mother has never complained about the food. I highly recommend this facility.

My mom will be moving into Abington Manor at Morgan Hill . What made this place stand out for us was that it was very clean and very welcoming. They were all private rooms with their own bathroom, and then because my mother is independent, she's able to do quite a few things there that she's interested in doing. They have a library, so she can read a book. They have outdoor space. It's just some things that were important to her. She wanted outdoor space to sit outside, she likes to read, and she wanted to be able to do her laundry. She has multiple choices of meals. And then there was the choice of public spaces, or a private space in your room to relax with a TV or a book.

The tour we had at Abington Manor at Morgan Hill was nice. It's small, which is good. The only ones available to look at were the private rooms. I did not see the semi-private, but I saw a drawing of the semi-private, and I liked it because compared to other places anywhere that I've seen, the sleeping area is separate. Everyone was very nice. The staff during the tour was very nice and very knowledgeable. The owner of the establishment is there on site, so that's nice. She's involved. They're very good talking to my mom who has dementia. They have a lot of experience on how to handle people with memory issues. I would consider putting my mom there.

I toured Abington Manor at Morgan Hill and I thought everything was good. The staff was very nice and very thorough. She was a very good person and very much into this kind of work and working with older people. The facility was very nice. I saw activities going on. They were talking and engaging the people in some sort of a quiz type of thing, and it was kind of fun.

Abington Manor at Morgan Hill is my number one choice because it specializes in memory care. Jessica, the head administrator, gave me a very good feeling. She was very informative and very comforting. And when I walked around, I just felt like the activities were nice. The room was very spacious, and the shower was all set up with a chair already, which looked very safe for my grandmother. There was an outside area and everybody there was always supervised when they went outside. I think it was just an overall feeling that I didn't get at the other places. It has a lot to do with communication on every specific detail, and also that it was spacious. I liked that the layout of the place didn't go in a circle. This one went in a straight line, so I just thought it would be less claustrophobic for my grandmother. The dining area was very clean and very spacious. Also, the smell at Abington Manor at Morgan Hill was very pleasant, which set me at ease. Theres a lot of room for everybody. Everybody that worked there was smiling and inviting. Overall, it was spacious and clean.

What I liked best about Abington Manor at Morgan Hill was their cleanliness. The tour was very thorough, and you could tell that they were very caring people. They had activities. They had both assisted living and memory care. I was there to take a tour, so I really didn't get to know the staff. I'm assuming because of the place, the way it appeared to me, and with the visit that I had for an hour, that the staffers were very caring people. They were very thorough and very professional.

Abington Manor at Morgan Hill was a very nice place with very nice facilities. Their workers and employees were really insightful and explained our options nicely. Their amenities and dining set up also looked very nice. It just didn't have a option for you to live on your own. I will probably only reach out to them if my father gets worse.

I'm not really happy with Abington Manor at Morgan Hill. My mom's room was OK, but she wasn't taken care of, she wasn't clean, and her toenails weren't being taken care of. I think the food is fine, and they play Bingo, entertainment came in, and they had church services and Bible studies.

I visited Abington Manor at Morgan Hill. It’s a brand-new place and very expensive. They seemed to be very friendly and only have six people at a time in their memory care facility. Eveyrthing about it was nice, but it was out of my price range.
