"Two months ago, my mom moved to Whitehall Manor. We chose it because it was convenient for the family members. We are pleased with what is going on there. They do offer different activities like bingo and watching TV. She is in a dementia unit, so there is not much feedback on her end. "

"From the moment I walked in this center it felt warm and inviting. The staff greeted us right away with warm smiles. The Director was very attentive to our concerns about placing our family member in something like this and offered a trial day to see if our family member would enjoy the program and feel comfortable. My family member has been attending for a little over half a year and really enjoys attending and looks forward to going, especially when there is music and they really enjoy the craft projects and other community visitors. I would recommend this program to anyone who's family member needs socialization or the caregiver needs respite. The staff are attentive to everyone, make sure everyone is involved to the best of their ability and they also offer a caregiver support group monthly. I am unsure about meals but my family member doesn't complain so I guess that's a good sign."

"My mom was there for many years and they took great care of her at all times, the hospitality is fabulous! I was contacted at any time, when there was a need to, nothing was ever ignored on their part. I absolutely love the staff for always taking care of the special person in my life, my mami'! Even when hospice had to be called, they attended to her care even in her last minutes....there was never a need to leave Country Arch, they came to the facility. Unfortunately, she passed away on 2/10/16. I thank the staff, for all you have done to keep my mom happy, safe and well. I miss her dearly!! : - ( "

"Rooms are clean and roomy. Clothes are cleaned and hung up in closet. Best part is physical setting with plenty of room. Outside is available during decent weather. Staff has been marvelous. Also same staff for the 4 months my husband has been there. They share his activities. He is always spotless. My only concern is the lack of activities for these 16 folks other than a man singing and playing a guitar. Research needs to be done to see what amuses these folks."

"My Parents attend SarahCare. They love the home cooked lunches! Dad stated they cook like mom use to! "

"My mom is at The Community at Rockhill. It is really beautiful and well maintained. The staff and the residents are very outgoing and friendly. The activities are very limited, but there's church services. Yesterday they had a Veterans Day that serviced. There is a transportation to grocery stores and pharmacies. They have other things scheduled, but with the pandemic they're not happening at this time. We've had no complaints. We moved in, there were a couple of issues on the maintenance, and then they were there within ten minutes to come up and address a sticky door. Everybody we have been in touch with has been more than wonderful."
