The size of a small box are the rooms..the food I guess not to bad .and the staff is not friendly. A relative was here in the bath pa facility .the second day our loved one had fallen twice and was taken to hospital. He was not being watched or helped. He has dementia he was on the first floor right next to the outside door if he wanted to he could have tried to walk right out. Our loved one can't shower himself being a fall risk while he was here he got in and out no one watching him.then he fell a third time he was on the floor a man came in and said get up yourself off the floor and he shut the door on our loved one. This place is horrible and very unclean. I would not have my worst enemy stay at this place.our elderly deserve better

My friend is in Alexandria Manor. The looks are OK, but with the staff, we have to call 911 at times. They had hired this guy who was hitting his wheelchair to aggravate him. The owner will not fire him because he said he needs him to run the operation. So the staff is just very curt and nasty. They make you wait. They won't take you to the bathroom if it's during dinner hour. I wouldn't send the relatives there.

We are going to be taking my husband to Alexandria Manor. I like it because it's small and there are only thirty beds. They get to know the residents; it's not like they're just a number. They take their time to get to know the residents, and I like that. I also like the idea that they prepare their meals right there, so when he gets his food, it will be fresh, and it's made right there on the premises. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. I have mixed feelings because we've been married for forty-seven years and this is a hard thing, and she understood. She was very sympathetic. The rooms were clean. There seemed to be a good ratio of nurses to patients. I didn't see any residents just sitting there. It seemed like they were all watching TV.

My uncle is at Alexandria Manor of Bath. I'm having problems as he is getting sent out to the hospital a lot because they don’t know how to deal with him and they don’t know what is going on or what is wrong with him. They would send him out to the hospital like every two weeks. We are not thoroughly happy with the place.
