Beautiful facility, the rooms are large and my mom had her own bathroom and shower. The menu always had 2 main options so she always found something she liked to eat. The therapy team was great and worked wonders on my mom. All the nurses were so caring and answered all of our questions.

Bend Transitional Care is excellent. It's a very well-designed place. The people who work here are just amazing. If I ask for assistance, they will come and help. I've been here a week, and I'm still doing a lot of physical therapy, so I have been out and about very much. The food is not home-cooking, but it's good. For amenities, they have a game room, a social area, and so on. The facilities are fine.
