I personally would not recommend this facility. I would like to say they will try to put on a good front when you place a loved one there. As time goes on they show there true colors. I myself was treated very bad by the administrator. Only because I had concerns how my mother was being cared for. That's where it started. I had to go out there everyday to make sure my mother was fed. She had bed soars from lack of care. Everyday i got there she was laying in wet clothes. They were short staffed frequently. The only time i saw the facility run properly was when the state department came to inspect. If you care about your loved ones,I would not recommend Ponca city nursing home.
