Brittoney was the greatest administrator to work with. Very helpful and communicates well with her staff. The main thing that drives you away (from anywhere at this point) is the low staffing. Staff helpful with answering questions.

I have a 67 year old Mother who is not in good health ,and would GET IN TROUBLE FOR SLEEPING . My Mom had problems with a young man named "MATT". This Matt guy even threw ALL my Moms prescriptions away. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BUNCH OF PEOPLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. ESPECIALLY IF MATT IS STILL WORKING THERE

My aunt spent 2 years, pre and during covid, at this place her death certificate said she died of a cerebral ACCIDENT. We were never informed of an accident. The administration BRITTONY looked at us like we were wrong for even questioning her. Had a problem with her in the beginning also. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone that loves their family member.

Broadway Manor Nursing Home is all in one level, the ground level, and it has three wings. The people I've dealt with who work there are all just really nice people to deal with. Like anything else, it has a few problems, or glitches. I've noticed that sometimes there are too many people taking care of one person. Let's say my mom has a problem and tells a staff member, but that person couldn't solve the problem and says, "Okay, I'll tell so and so who needs to solve it." And it never gets done. I don't know if it's because of lack of communication, but everybody all in all has been good to my mom and tries to take care of her needs. Everybody has been really good. They have arts and crafts and things, and they have different religions that come in and offer services. They have a little bus, and once in a while if the residents want to, the residents can clamor aboard this bus and go on a ride through a park, and things like that. I'm paying for my mom to have a private room. They have an exercise room, and they have bookshelves in all of the sitting areas that are crammed with books, but their food is not too good. In terms of the price, I think they're all too high.
