"My mom is all settled and really fine at Glenwood. Her health condition deteriorated greatly in the hospital in the last month unfortunately. The staff seems to be very caring; mother seemed well cared for I believe. I’m usually in there everyday, we go at different times of the day, and we saw that they keep things up. There they have exercise, different activities and craft and groups coming for church and singing. My mother chooses not to participate in those because of the state of her health right now. She has gone out a couple of times for a church service. It would be very good if church comes in at least once a week in different groups and will do a service for the residents. It’s not a big place; I would say more of medium-sized. I wish she’s not in any nursing home; well things are what they are, and we work with them. You’re greeted by the staff, they know who my mother is and they know who I’m there to see; she feels cared for. We are satisfied, and she’s under hospice care that comes to the nursing home several times a week; the hospice people are satisfied with her care too. "

"I volunteered a lot in high school and played piano here and went to church services, Christmas caroled there some winters. I like this place. My grandmother lives here and she does not seem to mind it. They have lots of activities and the facilities are easy to get to. "

"My husband was at The Gardens for skilled nursing. He was very pleased with the care, the food, and the accommodation. He was kind of upset once he got back home because he didn't get my full attention, and he called them to ask if he could go back. It was a very good experience for him. He had been in another facility way earlier, but the care was not even close to the care that he received in The Gardens. Visits were just in the lobby area, but he said that there was adequate room. He had room for his wheelchair and there was a dresser. He was also telling me that the bed was really comfortable, and he was just very pleased with the service and everything. They were very good to him. Everything was in good shape. It was a little outdated; it was not your modern-looking decor, but it was homey and comfortable. Everything was clean and he enjoyed it. He didn't have any bad things to say about it. He did not want to be there at first, but once he got there everything was great. They took care of him and he was really pleased. I felt like we came out as winners. I guess the price was higher than other nursing homes, but I felt like the care he received was well worth it, as pleased as he was."

"Ranch Terrace Nursing Home Inc was very clean. I love the program for the meals because they had a good list of foods that you could eat if you didn't want what they had cooked. A lot of their patients were playing bingo, which I thought was good because it seemed like they were conversing together, and it just made me feel good that there were so many of them there in the bingo hall. The person that showed me around was very, very informative. I thought the facilities were pretty clean. It was very clean, I thought."

"My mom has been a resident at Grace since March of this year. It was one of the hardest decisions for our family to make as my moms health had continued to decline and she was unable to walk. She has numerous health problems and we had been taking care of her over the last 2 years and we worried so much about where we would transition her for long term care. Grace has been such a wonderful place for her and an answer to our prayers about feeling that she is well cared for. The nurses genuinely love the residents and have been so helpful to us and kind to mom. We truly trust them with her care and that was our top priority when choosing a long term care facility for her. They welcome us to visit her anytime and we are welcome to take her out to family activities dinner, etc. If you are looking for a place to take care of your family member, I highly recommend Grace. "

"I had to put my husband at Rainbow Health Care Community for a short while for rehabilitation. First of all, I liked that it was a smaller facility. It wasn't a huge, huge place. The staff was very accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. They would listen to our concerns and seemed to treat him caringly. They made him feel like he was a human being. If I had a problem, I could find out quite quickly and get an answer to my problems. The eating facility there did a good job. They provided activities for their patients to do in the main hall, which I liked. They had an area where you could take them outside if the weather was good. I had close proximity parking, which was very important to me. It was nice to be able to park close to the entrance so I could easily go in and out. It was kind of an older-looking building and it wasn't the most beautiful looking place, but they kept it clean and I didn't notice a lot of smells or anything like that. They treated their patients very humanely."

"Every person I came into contact with in tis facility has been nothing short of professional. They are kind and professional with the compassion my mother deserved. She came from the hospital unable to even get out of bed by herself and now she is walking with a walker and ready to go home. The rehab here is top notch and the nursing care was amazing. I would 100% recommend this facility for inpatient rehab for anyone needing to recover from being in the hospital. You wont be let down."

"We toured Autumn Wood, and it was a nice place. But they had a waiting list and were very expensive. They have 24-hour services ,and they check on their residents once in a while. It was a clean place. The person we saw out there said that he really likes it, and his wife likes it too. They said that they would recommend it. Everything seemed new, and the person looked like he had been given a bath; he looked really good. They said that they give them a bath 3 times a week. They have activities like exercises."

"What a great facility. They took excellent care of our Aunt while she was there. The staff always greeted us and kept us up to date on her progress. Physical Therapy did a heart job getting her strength back. The room was bright and clean. Our Aunt actually cried when she was leaving because she would miss all the friends she made. Thank you Karen at the front desk. Thank you to the financial dept for working with us. "My grandmother currently resides in this nursing home and she is very happy. Her health had declined even though she was being cared for by her daughter. She was deeply depressed and everyone was so worried about her. Since moving here she is so much better. The staff I have met is very kind and the atmosphere is quite uplifting. They always have great holiday decorations, too! I am so happy that my grandmother can be in a place where she feels comfortable, safe, and happy again! "
