My mother's roomate mentioned how the nurses in the facility placed my mom on the ground and told the other nurses that she (my mother) would be fine there. The Muskogee EMSA just came and picked my mom up to take her to the hospital to get further evaluated and the EMSA mentioned they came out 2 days earlier for my mom and no one from the Care Center notified a family member (myself), who is POA. Nor did the Care Center have any documentation on the incidents. The EMSA also found urine all along the bedside wall in my moms room and told the nurses (Michelle) that it needs to get cleaned up as if they are not taking proper care of their patients and the facility. It's very displeasing knowing that people do not take their jobs serious enough especially when it comes to loved ones!

Haskell Manor is the closest location to my grandmother’s house. It is not a place I would like to recommend. They have a lot of room for improvement. There was no way I would eat there. They have a TV for activity.

The place just seemed "alright." It was clean and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. However, I worked at the grocery store across the street and when taking the trash out to the dumpster I noticed the dumpster was filled with bags of used medical supplies. Lots of tubes filled with blood, syringes, and other items, which I later found out to be illegal dumping.
