Levy Gardens was the perfect fit for my aunt. The staff is so kind and attentive, they were like family to her. Her apartment was huge! All of the apartments have a walk-in-closet in the bedroom , and another coat closet in the living room. Her bedroom was separated from the living room with a door, which made it nice when family visited and stayed the night. There was always so much for her to do. They had musical entertainers, lots of fun outings every week, and a massage therapist and yoga instructor. There is a garden in the back where my aunt planted peppers in the summer. The food was great and every apartment had a full kitchen if she every wanted to cook something herself. It is on the same campus as the Jewish Community Center, and everyone that lives there has access to the center and their Silver Sneakers classes. They have 2 vehicles with the nicest drivers in town who would take my aunt wherever she needed to go- to the doctor's office, the beauty shop, shopping. It is a really great place for seniors and I would recommend it to anyone who asks! Levy Gardens is the Best!

We place my mother-in-law in Levy Gardens. It is a beautiful place. In my mother-in-law's particular apartment, there is a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave. There is plenty of room for furniture like her living room where she has a love seat, two tables, a lamp, and a TV. In her bedroom, she had a big walk-in closet, and then down the hall, just a few inches, is her bathroom which has a handicap accessible shower. They have kosher food, and my mother-in-law knows that because she has been in the nursing home before so she is OK with it. In her apartment, she can have whatever she wants. They have activities, like this week they have exercise every day at 11:30. Then they have some lady coming from the library, and they have music tonight. Every Saturday night they have a movie, and I think shopping is tomorrow. They have a variety of things to do. It is a nice place.
