During my brief visit to Residential Concepts in Williamsburg, Ohio, I felt how much the staff actually cared for the individuals served, and how much the staff helps in their everyday lives. On the particular day I visited the individuals were heading to the bank to deposit their paychecks and withdraw money for outings, groceries, and any other expenses for the week, which the staff had already planned for.
