"My sister was at Green Acres Health and Rehab. They had lots of activities and a caring staff who acted on things immediately. I was invited once a month to a care plan meeting. The rooms were larger there compared to other places but not well lit. The overall environment was positive, very happy, and busy. "

"My room was okay. I was made as comfortable as possible. I would suggest more private rooms and bathrooms. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My food was delicious . The rehab staff was always happy and very accommodating. I enjoyed the friends that I made and wish them all good health. We were given morning programs and on Sunday there was always preaching and entertainment. I prefer to be home, but this was a very good substitute. Thanks to you all."

"I had a relative at this facility that I visited weekly at different times they have a 24 hour visitation and you can visit at anytime. My relative was happy and it showed when I visited . She enjoyed the food and the church services. The staff did her clothes. hair and accompanied her on appointment. We were encouraged to bring her things from home to make her room homelike. All the resident are gotten out of bed and their room daily. My relative enjoyed sitting on the front porch I never went there and found her dirty or unkept I would use them again."

"This nursing center is top notch! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The outside and inside was clean and smelled clean. Friendly staff greeted me at the entrance with smiling faces. My mothers admissions was a smooth transition and every department manager was so attentive. They all came and introduced themselves and offered assistance. My mother is still there and they are still meeting her needs and my expectations. Very good staff who show compassion and love the residents dearly. Would recommend to anyone. "
