I had a relative at this facility that I visited weekly at different times they have a 24 hour visitation and you can visit at anytime. My relative was happy and it showed when I visited . She enjoyed the food and the church services. The staff did her clothes. hair and accompanied her on appointment. We were encouraged to bring her things from home to make her room homelike. All the resident are gotten out of bed and their room daily. My relative enjoyed sitting on the front porch I never went there and found her dirty or unkept I would use them again.

No one in my family will go to Smith Medical. They are short on staff, and I find the individuals who run it to be very rude. I have a cousin who is there and has body odor, so he is not properly cared for.
